Bio
Pedro Botelho Gomes is a managing partner at JPAB and coordinator of the Litigation and Labour Law areas.
He has been involved in important cases, both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on preventing and resolving labour disputes. He provides legal advice in all areas of labour law, namely in matters of hiring, secondment of workers, social security and social benefits, restructuring of human resources, negotiation or collective agreements, outsourcing, labour audits of companies and day-to-day labour law advice.
He has worked mainly advising companies and organisations in the insurance, retail, construction, technology and telecommunications sectors.
He frequently participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences related to labour law.
Pedro Botelho Gomes served as treasurer and was a member of the Portuguese Bar Association's General Council.
