As regards asset management, Lourença de Sousa Rita is dedicated to the management and profitability of real estate assets, in terms of taxation, planning operations, mainly related to philanthropy and the third sector and, also, represents companies and investors, collectors, private investors and foundations.
She regularly participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences in her area of expertise and has authored several publications related to leasing, condominiums and related real estate matters.
